How and where can I apply to speak? |
Shareholders can apply to speak at the desks immediately to the left of the stage in Hall 1 of the CCH.
It is necessary to read out a written question or request in front of the AGM, even if the shareholder has announced this to the AGM unit of Volkswagen AG beforehand.
How can shareholders propose counter motions? |
Paragraph § 126 section 1 of German Stock Companies Act gives shareholders the right to announce counter motions against proposals of the management on certain agenda items, so that these can be published on the company's website. The precondition for this is the proof of share ownership. Counter motions must be proposed by midnight on the 05.04.2007, either in writing to
