The opening of the AGM by the chairman and the speeches of the Board will also be available as recordings after the AGM for a limited time.
Which documents are provided to shareholders? |
The AGM documents sent to shareholders via their depository banks include the invitation to the AGM and the agenda.
When the AGM invitation is published on the Bundesanzeiger website on 09.03.07, documents pertaining to the company such as the 2006 annual report, the annual financial statement of Volkswagen AG and the 2006 shareholdings will be made available on the Internet at www.volkswagen-ir.de.
On the day of the AGM, there will be an information desk at the entrance to the hall, where the current annual report, the invitation to the AGM and an information sheet for shareholders will be available.
Other current documents are available at the special counter in the entrance hall.
