Information for those attending the AGM

 

Here is some information to help you plan your journey:

 

All shareholders attending the AGM must make their own travel arrangements, at their own expense.


CCH car park


You can use the multi-storey car park at the CCH Hamburg free of charge. If the multi-storey car park is full, you will be automatically directed to the outside car park. There, you can use the shuttle service to the CCH.


How to get to Hamburg for the AGM

 

The Congress Center Hamburg (CCH) is centrally located and easy to get to, directly by the Dammtor intercity station on the edge of the Planten un Blomen park. It is easily and quickly reached using all modes of transport.


Arriving by air


Hamburg airport is connected to 114 destinations worldwide, and there are direct flights to 52 European cities. It is in the north of the city, and is quickly reached by airport bus, regular bus or taxi. The journey to the CCH takes 20 to 30 minutes.

 

If you decide to travel using a hire car, this is the recommended route:

 

Zeppelinstr. -> turn left onto Flughafenstr./ Alsterkrugchaussee /  Rosenbrook / Tarpenbekstr. / Lenhartzstr. / Eppendorfer Baum / drive onto the Klosterstern roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Rothenbaumchaussee / left onto Edmund-Siemers-Allee / then right onto Dammtordamm and right again onto Marseiller Straße (destination)

Arriving by car


There are signs to the CCH as you approach on the motorway. These signs show the shortest way to the the CCH, which has 900 spaces in its underground car park.

Arriving by train


With its own intercity station, Dammtor, right in front of the door, the CCH is directly connected to the Deutsche Bahn ICE, IC and Interregio network, and therefore to international rail links.

Arriving by local public transport


The CCH is also easy to reach via the local public transport network, which serves the whole of Hamburg:

4, 5 and 109 to Dammtor or 112 to Stephansplatz
